During the period of February 18 - 21, 1992, the NRC cond~cted an announced follow-up
inspection primarily focused on the unresolved items identified during the team inspection of
- the emergency procedures eoriducted January 16 - 25, 1990. The inspector reviewed the
corrective actions taken by your staff to address seven previously -identified hems that are*
important to public health and safety. Six of these items were closed during this inspection. *
In accordance with 10 CPR 2.790 of the Com.mission'~ regulations, *a copy of this letter and
the enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Rooni.
