CORRECTION TO SALEM EXEMPTION - EXEMPTION FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF 10 CFR 50, APPENDIX R (FIRE PROTECTION) (TAC NOS. 53539/53540)
RE:
SALEM GENERATING STATION, UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 Enclosed is a copy of a Notice of Correction to the Appendix R exemptions forwarded to you by letter dated July 20, 1989.
The correction applies to Section 9.3, page 23, line 8 of the exemption.
In line 8, the word "smoke" should be changed to "fire". A replacement page for the' Safety Evaluation Report with the same change is also enclosed.
A copy of the correction has been forwarded to the Office of Federal Register for publication.
