SALEM GENERATING STATION, UNIT 1 Enclosed is a Withdrawal Notice which will be published in the Federal Register withdrawing that portion of your January 27, 1983 application applicable to Salem Unit 1 as stated in your January 3, 1986 letter. This application requested approval of the system operability requirements for the transfer functions of the emergency core cooling system semiautomatic switchover from safety injection to recirculation during a loss of coolant accident, for Salem Units 1 and 2.
Your January 3, 1986 submittal requested approval for only Salem Unit 2.
