On October 13, 1988, the NRC administered an Integrated Plant Operating
examination to one employee of your company who had applied for license
to operate Salem Units 1 and 2.
At the conclusion of the examination,
the preliminary findings were discussed with Mr. L. Catalfamo of your staff *
