TECHNICAL SP.ECIFICATION 6.9.l.5 ANNUAL REPORTS SALRM ANO HOPR CREEK GENERATING STATIONS OOCKET NOS. 50-272, 50-311 AND 50-354.
Puhlic Service Electric and Gas Company (PSP.&G) hereby suhmits the enclosed Annual Reports for Salem and Rope Creek Generatinq Stations, in accordance with Technical Specification ~6.Q.1.5.a and ~6.9.1.5.b of Annendix A to Facility Operatina License Nos.
Pursuant to Technical Specification ~6.9.1.5.a, Enclosures 1, 2 and 3.are submitted for Salem Unit 1, Salem Unit 2, and Rone Creek Unit 1, respectively.
These enclosures contain tahulations on an annual basis of the number of station, utility and other personnel receivinq exposures qreater than 100 mrem/year and their associated man rem exposures.accordinq to work and ioh function for each unit.
These tabulations are intended to supplement the reauirements of 10CFR20, Section ?.0.407.
Pursuant to Technical Specification ~6.9.1.S.b, F.nclosures 4 and 5 are submitted for Salem Units 1 and 2, respectively.
Enclosure 4 documents the results of steam qenerator tuhe inservice inspections performed durinq the 7th Refuelinq and 10 Year ISI
- Outaae of Salem Unit 1 in November 1987. documents the results of steam qenerator tube inservice inspections performed ~urinq the forced outaae of Salem Unit 2 in November 19R7.

~echnical Specification ~6.9.1.5.b of Appendix A to Facility Operatina License No. NPF-57 was previously provided to the N'RC in a PSP.&G letter dated February 16, 19RR, and is therefore, not included with this submittal.
