Steam Generator Eddy Current Examinations Technical Specification 4.4.5.5.b. -

Steam Generator eddy current reporting.

Examinations were conducted on No. 13 Steam Generator and were performed by Westinghouse NSID, coordinated by the Salem ISI Group, during the 7th refueling/10 year ISI outage.

Results of the examinations are as follows:

Sxl testing was performed on 406 ~ubes.

Of the 406 tubes, 122 were also inspected using the standard bobbin coil probe and were included in the count of full length/u-bend tubes inspected per tech spec.

Therefore, only 284 tubes will be added to the total number of tubes inspected.

Three (3) tubes were plugged as a results of the examinations.

Two

(~) tubes were plugged because they exceeded the plugging limit per technical specifications and one (1) tube was plugged per Westinghouse recommendation for not having AVB contact.
