A special safety inspection of your solid radioactive waste preparation and pack
aging program was conducted by Mr. H. Bicehouse of this office on May 28, 1986
and June 2-3, 1986 of activities authorized by NRC License Nos. DPR-70 and
Our findings were discussed with Mr. J. Zupko and others of your staff
on June 5, 1986.
The areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter.
Within these areas,
the inspection consisted of selective review of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel and measurements and observations by the
inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were noted.
