Allegation RI-85-A-0066 Region I is in receipt of a copy of an anonymous letter dated May 15, 1985, addressed to you which alleges weaknesses in your quality assurance program.
This letter has been entered into our allegation system.
It is requested that this office be advised in writing of your intended plan of action and timetable for such action. This information is requested within one week of receipt of this letter. It is further requested that this office be advised in writing of the results of your investigative efforts and any actlon taken or anticipated pursuant to your investigation.
The response directed by this letter is not subject to the clearance procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
