By a visual inspection which verifies that no loose debris (rags, trash, clothing, etc.) is present in the containment wn;ch could be transported to the containitent sump and cause restriction of the pump suctions during LOCA conditions. This visual inspection shall be performed.:
- 1.
For all accessible areas of the containment prior to establ;sning CONTAINMENT INTEGRITY, and
- 2.
- Of the areas affected within contairwent at the completion of each containment entry when CONTAINMENT INTEGRITY is established..

C:MERGENCY CORE CO~LING SYSTEMS SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS (Continued) 4.5.2.1 The automatic isolation and interlock function of the RHR System.shall be verified within the seven (7) days prior to placing the RHR System in service for cooling of the Reactor Coolant System.
Thie *hall be done by verifying that valves RHl and RH2 cl.ose upon insertion of a test signal corresponding to a reactor coolant pressure of 580 psig or less, and that, with a test signal corresponding to a reactor coolant pressure of 580 psig or greater, that the valves cannot be opened.
