This refers to our telephone discussion on January 29, 1981 regarding a violation of the Physical Protection Program discovered by the NRC Resident Inspector _on January 26, 198L The violation concerns the apparent misuse of an employee photo identification badge and card key during the period from January 16 through January 23, 1981.
With regard to the matters discussed, we understand that you have taken or agree to take the actions outlined in the attachment to this letter.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's 11 Rules of Practice, 11 Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of the control and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and facility security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, the attachment to the letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
