SAFETY EVALUATION This change involves the removal of three existing Fupture discs and piping and their replacement with full relief valves and a larger header.
No changes to the electrical or control systems are involved and no additional fire hazard is created.
Installation of fire barrier between MCC and pressurizer heater switchgear will not impact any safety function, analysis or safety margin.
No USQ is present.
Introduction of fire barriers between the switchgear will enhance the fire protection system.
A USQ is not involved as this change does not alter function or reliability of safety systems.
This change provides additional operator information.
Change involves installation of fire barriers between 4 KV vital switch-gear on Elevation 64' per NRC fire protection bulletin dated 11/20/79.
No safety function, margin or analysis will be affected.
Addition of fire barriers between 460 Volt & 125 Volt D.C. switchgear on Elevation 84' will not affect any safety function, margin or analysis.
No USQ is present.
