GB Slade General Manager SEMI-ANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE AND WASTE DISPOSAL REPORT - JULY THROUGH DECEMBER 1991 Attached is the Semi-Annual Radioactive Effluent Release and Waste Disposal report for the Palisades Plant covering the period from July through December 1991.
Revision 5 to the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) is also included as Attachment 2.
This submittal is made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.36a and Technical Specification 6.9.3.lA.
As part of our reviews, we discovered an error in Table HP 10.5-3 "Liquid Effluents" from the previous semi-annual report. The previous report was submitted on August 29, 1991 and amended in a letter dated December 10, 1991.
Section eight of this report describes the changes made to the table, and the revised table is also attached to this report. These changes had no effect on the radiological impact on man doses, as documented in the January-June 1991 report.
