GB Slade General Manager SEMI-ANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE AND WASTE DISPOSAL REPORT - JANUARY THROUGH JUNE 1991 - REVISION Attached is a Revision to the Semi-Annual Radioactive Effluent Release and Waste Disposal report for the Palisades Plant covering the period from January through June 1991, dated August 29, 1991. Table HP 10.5-3, "Liquid Effluents
- Summation of All Releases," Section G, "Maximum Dose Commitment - Whole body," has been revised to correct a mathematical error.
The percent of Technical Specification 3.24.4.la whole body limit for the second quarter had been erroneously calculated to be 5.67E-05% when it should have been 5.67E-01%.
This change has been made to the Table and is indicated by the "#" in the right hand margin.
This change does not result in a change to any dose projections.
