By letter dated July 17, 1986, we infonned your Company that any review costs for your February 5, 1985 application (TAC 57256) would be detennined and would be billed to your Company in accordance with the current 10 CFR 170.12(c).

There were no additional professional staff hours or contractual costs associat~d with the review of your February 5 application above those previously billed on Invoice No. E0652 dated April 1, 1986. Consequently, we consider fees to be a closed issue for your February 5 and other applications which were withdrawn from review by your March 5, 1986 letter
