SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO NRC GENERIC LETTER 82-16 "NUREG-0737 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS" NRC Generic Letter 82-16 dated September 20, 1983 requested that Consumers Power Company review the Palisades Plant Technical Specifications to determine if they were consistent with the guidance provided in Generic Letter 82-16.
Consumers Power Company's letter dated January 20, 1983 provided our response for items 1 through 9. This letter provides Consumers Power Company's response for item 11 through 13.

B & W Thermal-Mechnical Report (II.K.2.13)
This item relates to B & W plants only and therefore is not applicable to the Palisades Plant.

Reporting SV and RV Failures and Challenges (II.K.3.3)
Consumers Power Company's letter dated December 19, 1980 stated that the Palisades Plant Technical Specifications require that challenges and failures of safety valves and relief valves be reported.
NRC letter of June 30, 1982 states that the NRC IP
considers this item resolved for the Palisades Plant.
