'These revisions reflect the following:
equi pment that has been replaced as a result of qualification requirements, equipment that has been installed because of the TMI Action Plan, and display instrumentation details collected by a plant walkdown.
In addition, further details and responses are provided to issues raised in the Safety Evaluation Report on Environmental Qualification of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment for the Palisades Plant received June 5, 1981.
The September 1981 report included five enclosures. *These five enclosures have been modified and are to be replaced in total with attached corresponding enclosures.
