This report is in compliance with Palisades Technical Specification 4.5.4 (Surveillance for Prestressing Systems) which requires a final report on tendon surveillance to be submitted within 90 days of completion of testing.
The final lab report in conjunction with this surveillance was received August 19, 1981 resulting in a Novemb!=r 17, 1981 due date for the final report.
