Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Consumers Power Company License No. DPR-20 Based on the inspection conducted on June 24-25, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were not in compliance with NRC requirements, as noted below.
This item is a deficiency.
Palisades Technical Specifications Section 6.10.le requires records of training and qualification for members of plant staff to be retained for five years.
Administrative Procedure 13 delineates specific training requirements and records.
Contrary to the above, records of training for several employees did not exist in the following areas:

Crane Safety Training, Forklift Training, and Controlled Material Procedures Training (every 2 years per Administrative Procedure 13.3).
Industrial Safety and Quality Assurance Indoctrination (Administrative Procedure 13.1).
