SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR THE MONTH OF JULY 1980 Plant was manually tripped on 7/2 due to a filter housing rupture on the turbine seal oil system.
Subsequently, plant went to cold shutdown to repair CRDM seal housings.
Reactor went critical on 7/9 and tripped shortly after criticality on high start-up rate.
Reactor again taken critical on 7/10 and the plant operated the rest of the month at approximately 87% power.
