The efficacy of the above requirement is supported by guidelines recently developed by fuhe Combustion Engineering Owners 1.Group* of which Consume~s Power CompanY is a member.
These gl!idel ines have bgen approve,d by the NRR Bulletins and* Orders Ta_sk Force* for developing small-break LOCA pro-cedures for C-E operating plants.
(See the Ross to Liebler letter dated November 1L!*~ 1979, for which yoi.I are on the distribution list regarding s*aid guidelines.) The. key point here is th;;tt these approved guidelines.reqLrire. -
