General Comment Knowing the decay times half-lives of many of the spent fuel stored in the on-site facilities and the need to find safer containers for some already leaking containers, it makes little sense to use the thin walled containers that are being proposed as the solution, Docket ID NRC-2017-0211. Also the vulnerability of the site to flooding and/or tsunami destruction in the event of earthquake can't be ignored.
