We have completed our review of your responses to items 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 of Generic Letter 83-28.
Our review was based on your submittals dated November 4, 1983, March 7, 1985, and June 13, 1986.
Our Contractor, INTEL, prepared a
technical review which we used as the basis for our Safety Evaluation.
Based on our enclosed Safety Evaluation, we find your positions on items 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 acceptable.
Therefore, we consider these items closed.
