By letter from M. Grotenhuis (NRC) to S. A. White dated September 9, 1986, we received a request for additional information regarding hydrogen recombiner capability at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.
Me have reviewed that request and concur with the measures suggested.
Therefore, before any unit startup, we will provide proposed technical specifications to limit operation when nitrogen is not. being used to supply the pneumatic control system inside containment.
