In the Hatter of the Tennessee Valley Authority Docket Nos.
50-259 50-260 50-296 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Parts 50.59 and 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the technical specifications of Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant units 1, 2, and 3 (enclosure 1).
The enclosed specifications are a revision to those submitted by L. H. Mills's letter to H. R. Denton dated September 27, 1984 (TVA BFNP TS 201) and J.
A. Domer's letter to you dated January 17, 1986 (TVA BFNP TS 201, Supplement
- 1) regarding the TVA organization.
These specifications are, therefore, submitted as a further supplement to TS 201.
The enclosed pages are to replace the identically numbered pages in TS 201, Supplement 1.
Description and justification are provided in enclosure 2.
1 The enclosed technical specifications are a minor revision to those submitted by TS 201, Supplement, 1.
The determination of no significant hazards consideration previously provided applies to the enclosed specifications.
Accordingly, a new determination is not provided.
The appropriate application fee of $150 required by 10 CFR 170.12 was forwarded with TS 201, letter dated September 27, 1984.
