Attached are sixty (60) copies of Amendment No. 41 to the operating license application.

This ammendment contains Revision 27 to the Susquehanna SES Final Safety Analysis Report.

In addition to minor changes and corrections, this amendment contains the following:

Chapter 18 Response to the requirements of NUREG-0737 Manpower levels presented during 3/5/81 NRC/PP&L Management Meeting Changes to sections 3.7 and 3.8 Re:

masonry walls (per NRC request)

A clarification of quality group classification for fuel oil storage tank vent pipe (section 9.5 and Table 3.2-1)

A minor change in the description of the Discharge Line Fill System serving ECCS systems (section 6.3)

A discussion of separation criteria previously omitted from section 8.1 A clarification of Hydraulic Control Unit motion logic (section 7.7)

Revisions in the section 6.3 NPSH calculations for the Core Spray pumps (increases available NPSH)
