Dear Mr. Schwencer:
Attached are sixty (60) copies of Amendment No. 39 to the operating license application.
This amendment contains Revision 26 to the Susquehanna SES Final Safety Analysis Report.
In addition to minor corrections and changes, this amendment contains a
reanalysis of the Spray Pond thermal performance utilizing methodology and meteorological data consistent with the requirements of Regulatory Guide 1.27, Rev. 2.
No hardware changes were required.
Also submitted is the ODYN Analysis documentation (previously submitted reviewed and approved by the NRC staff).
Also included is a description of a change in design of the control room and control structure HVAC and habitability systems (unreviewed design change).
