Our preliminary

findings were discussed with J.

L. Harness at the conclusion of the inspection.

examined

during

the

inspection

inspection

Within these

areas,

the

inspection

consisted

of

selective

examinations of procedures

and representative

records,

interviews with

personnel,

and observations

by the inspector.

During the inspection, it was found that certain activities

under your

license

to violate

NRC requirements.

This

requirements

are listed in the Notice of Violation enclosed

herewith

as

dix A.
