APPENDIX A Tennessee Valley Authority Browns Ferry Site NOTICE OF VIOLATION License No. DPR-33 Based on the NRC inspection January 29 to February 1,
- 1979, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, Criterion XI, test results shall be documented and evaluated to assure that test requirements have been satisfied.
Contrary to the
- above, for Unit 1, surveillance testing performed on the standby liquid control system on December 20,
- 1978, was not in accordance with the provisions of facility Operational equality Assurance Manual, Part II, Section 4.5.5 in that test data was not properly recorded on the data sheets provided in the surveillance instructions.
This is a deficiency.
