General Comment As an educated concerned citizen of Laguna Beach, I strongly compel entities in the decision process to EXPECT the UNEXPECTED to occur... and without sound containment then timely removal... disaster will strike San Onofre impacting millions of lives with an untimely and irrversable disaster.
