During the NRC staff's review of the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant Technical Specifications, a Plant System Branch reviewer requested that the FSAR description of the hydrogen recombiners be expanded to include a discussion of the automatic controls that prevent oxygen concentrations from reaching the flammability limits. Marked-up pages of the FSAR are attached and willbe formally incorporated into the FSAR in a future amendment.
