Dear Mr. Denton:
Carolina Power R Light Company hereby submits the final Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (SHNPP) Seismic Quarterly Report required by letters dated January 6, 1976 and February 13, 1976.
In our February 13 letter,. the Company committed to monitoring seismic activity and submitting quarterly reports until two years after the Auxiliary Reservoir was filled. Both reservoirs were filled in March 1983.
N Although we plan to continue monitoring the SHNPP reservoirs, we have completed the reporting required by our previous commitment.
