This information is provided in response to SHNPP Safety Evaluation Report (NUREG-1038) Open Item No. 12.

References 1 and 2 transmitted portions of the Emergency Planning Public Information Brochure.

Reference 0 transmitted additional pages of the brochure to the parties in the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB) proceedings.

Please insert the additional pages, the EPZ map and evacuation route chart, as pages 6 through 11 of the brochure.

Current pages 8 through 13 of the brochure willbe renumbered as pages 12 through 17.

The additional pages to the brochure are not being redistributed to those who received copies via Reference 0.

The page of the brochure which provides the chart of schools in the 10-mile radius of SHNPP and the shelters to which they evacuate willbe provided in the near future. The Company willsubmit this remaining page with the final draft of the brochure in May 1985. A print-ready blue line of the brochure willbe submitted for final FEMA and NRC review in June 1985.
