9 Power will be restricted above 91 percent based on the differences between the value'of Fq stated in FSAR Sections 4.3 and 15.6 until additional information is provided on the excore axial power detectors.
~Res esse Westinghouse Topical Report WCAP-10665-P "Excore Axial Power Monitor" provides the required additional specific system level information.
This report supplements Westinghouse Topical Report WCAP-9105 and addresses the discrepancy between the value of Fq stated in FSAR Sections 4.3 and 15.6.
Topical Reports WCAP-10665-P and WCAP-10666, "Excore Axial Power Monitor" were submitted to the NRC Standardization and Special Projects Branch via Westinghouse letter NS-EPR-2959, dated September 18, 1984.
