HARRIS EQUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM This refers to your letter to Mr. H.
R. Denton, Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, dated May 9, 1983, which provided a current description of the design and construction quality assurance program for the Harris plant Docket Nos.
50-400 and 50-401.
Additional clarification was provided in your letter to Mr. Denton dated December 12, 1983.
Our review of this information indicates that your quality assurance program continues to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and is therefore acceptable.
Please contact this office if you have any questions concerning this letter.
We appreciate your timely submittal and prompt response to our questions regarding the information required by 10 CFR 50.55(f).
