11 to the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant Final Safety Analysis Report on January 17, 1984.
Carolina Power 6 Light Company has since distributed the appropriate number of copies of the above document in accordance with the attached distribution list (Enclosure 1).
This list is a compilation of the original distribution list contained in Enclosure 1 of your letter to Mr. J.
A. Jones dated November 25, 1981, revised to reflect changes in title,
- name, address, etc.
per request of individuals on the original list.
Distribution was made within ten days after issuance of the amendment as stated in the attached affidavit.
