Dear Mr. Denton:
On July 1, 1981, Carolina Power
& Light Company (CP&L) submitted an updated Management Capability Report describing CP&L's qualifications to operate the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (SHNPP) in a safe and reliable manner.
Since that submittal, several changes to CP&L's corporatestructure have occurred.
In order to keep you updated, CP&L is hereby submitting an original and forty copies of a new revised Management Capability Report which describes in detail the new organization.
