result of telephone conversations on April 21, 1983 with the staff, three Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (SHNPP) Draft Safety Evaluation Report (DSER)
Open Items (CP&L Open Item Nos.
12, 15, and 16) are considered closed.
The Staff acknowledged these Open Items to be closed as a result of information submitted in our November 4, 1982 letter.
In accordance with Generic Letter No. 82-14, CP&L hereby transraits one original and forty copies of this letter.
