result of a telephone conversation on March 29, 1983 with the staff, one Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (SHNPP) Draft Safety Evaluation Report (DSER)

Open Item (CP&L Open Item No. 128) is considered closed.

A description of the new fuel pool anti-siphon device will be provided in the response to Open Item No. 130.

In accordance with Generic Letter No. 82-14, CP&L hereby transmits one original and forty copies of this letter.

Carolina Power

& light Company will be providing responses to other Open Items in the DSER shortly.
