3 to the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant Pinal Safety Analysis Report and Environmental Report on June 30, 1982.

Carolina Power

& Light Company has since distributed the appropriate number of copies of the above documents in accordance with the attached distribution list (Enclosure 1).

This list is a compilation of the original distribution list contained in Enclosure 1 of your letter to Mr. J.

A. Jones, dated November 25, 1981, revised to reflect changes in title, name,

address, etc. per request of individuals on the original list. It also reflects the deletion of one individual who requested to not received the documents (Enclosure 2).

Distribution was made within ten days after issuance of the amendment, as stated in the attached affidavit.
