Carolina Power

& Light Company (CP&L) issued copies of Amend-ment No.

2 to the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant Final Safety Analy-sis Report and Environmental Report on March 31, 1982.

CP&L has since distributed the appropriate number of copies of the above documents in accordance with the attached distribution list (Enclosure 1).

This list is a compilation of the original distribution list contained in Enclo-sure 1 of your letter to Mr. J.

A. Jones, dated November 25,

1981, revised to reflect changes in title, name,

address, etc. per request of individuals on the original list. It also reflects the deletion of several individuals who requested to not receive the documents (Enclo-sure 2).

Distribution was made within ten days after issuance of the amendment, as stated in the attached affidavit.
