Carolina Power
& Light Company (CP&L) submitted copies of the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant Final Safety Analysis Report, Environ-mental Report, and Application for Operating License to the NRC for docketing on December 21, 1981.
CP&L has since distributed the appro-priate number of copies of the above documents in accordance with Enclosure 1 of your letter to Mr. J.
A. Jones, dated November 25, 1981.
Distribution was made within the requested ten days after docketing, on December 29, 1981, as stated in the attached affidavit.
