of procedures

and representative

records,

interviews with

personnel,

and observations

by the inspector.

Within the scope of this inspection,

no violations or deviations were disclosed.

We

examined

you have

taken with regard to previously identified

enforcement matters

and unresolved items.

items is discussed

Two new unresolved

items resulted

from this inspection

and are discussed

NRC's "Rules of Practice",
