The information contained in these plans reveals specific security measures designed for the protection of the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant.

This information is submitted to you under the provision of paragraph 2.790(d) of the NRC's "Rules of Practice,"

Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.

It is therefore requested that the information contained in the attached security plans be considered exempt from public disclosure in accordance with CFR Title 10, "Public Record," Part 9.5(a)(4).
