As requested by your staff, Carolina Power 6 Light Company (CP&L) is forwarding Technical Procedure TP-02, "Soil Control Program Fill and Backfill for Plant Grade, Plant Bui1ding and Reservoir Concret:e Structures".
Revision 11 of the Technical Procedure incorporates special control procedures for areas where Class I piping and duct bank systems will be placed on fillmaterial.
These special control procedures have been discussed with and agreed to by your staff.
