On October 24, 1994, Carolina Power & Light Company requested a revision to the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (SHNPP) Technical Specifications (TS) to relocate certain TS requirements in accordance with NUREG-1431, "Standard Technical Specifications, Westinghouse Plants."
On November 4, 1994, the NRC issued Amendment No. 51 to the SHNPP TS to revise TS 3/4.8.1, AC Sources, and associated Bases to be consistent with NUREG-1431.
This amendment independently changed a page which is currently under NRC staff review from our October 24, 1994 request.
Enclosure 1 provides revised TS page x (Index), which reflects the changes issued with Amendment No. 51, as well as the proposed changes in our October 24, 1994 submittal.
Accordingly, this page should be substituted for the corresponding page in our October 24, 1994 request.
Thus, there is no new information provided in the enclosure.
