'ONTAINMENT SYSTEMS 3/4.6.4 COMBUSTIBLE GAS CONTROL HYDROGEN MONITORS LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.6.4.1 Two independent containment hydrogen monitors shall be OPERABLE.
