SUMMARY
Harris Unit 1 operated at 100 percent Availability Factor for the referenced month.and a 101.77 percent Capacity Factor.
Two power reductions occurred in April.
Details are provided on the Unit Shutdowns and Power Reduction Sheets.
There are 157 fuel assemblies in the reactor vessel, 731 spent fuel assemblies stored in, the Spent Fuel Pools.
413 of the spent fuel assemblies are BWR and were shipped to Harris from CPSL's Brunswick Plant.
154 of the spent fuel assemblies are from CP6L's Robinson Plant.

Method of Shutting Down Reactor' Licensee Event Report ¹ N/A System Code 4 CH Component Code 5 INSTRU Cause 5, Corrective Action to Prevent Recurrence Reduced unit to 8&% power due to failure of "B Steam Generator preheater bypass valve.
Failure was caused by a blown varistor in the safeguards test cabinet B"
and a blown fuse in the Auxiliary Relay Panel.
Repairs were made and tests were satisfactorily completed.
Unit returned to 100% at 0600 on 4/26/92.
