NPF-63 During an NRC inspection conducted on Decembeber 21 1991 - January 17,
- 1992, violations of NRC requirements were identified.

"General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions, Part 2, Appendix C (1991), the violations are listed below:

Technical Specification 6.8. 1.a requires tha p

Regulatory Guide 1.33, Appendix A, paragraph 5 requires procedures for responding to alarmed conditions.
Alarm response procedure ARP-ALB-013, Main Control
