NOTICE OF VIOLATION Carolina Power and Light Company Shearon Harris Unit 1

Docket No. 50-400 License No.

NPF-63 During an NRC inspection conducted on Decembeber 21 1991 - January 17,

1992, violations of NRC requirements were identified.

In accordance wi e

"General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions, Part 2, Appendix C (1991), the violations are listed below:

Regulatory Guide 1.33, Appendix A, paragraph 5 requires procedures for responding to alarmed conditions.
