FLOW MEASUREMENT CALIBRATION Gentlemen:
The purpose of this letter is to provide supplemental information to facilitate the NRC's review of a Request for License Amendment submitted by Carolina Power Light Company (CP&L) for the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (SHNPP) on December 16, 1991.
The proposed amendment would revise Technical Specification 4.2.3.5 concerning the calibration of measurement instrumentation.
Following CP&L's December 16, 1991 submittal, the NRC Project Manager requested that CP&L provide copies of the Westinghouse WCAP (Proprietary and Non-Proprietary versions) that is referenced in the Request for License Amendment.
In response to your request, enclosed are:
