issued
on
August
7,
1990,
concerning activities
conducted
at your Harris
facility.
In your response,
you denied
example
1 and admitted
example
2 of
the violation.
After careful consideration
of the
reasons
for your denial of
example
1,
we have
concluded that for the specific circumstances,
the guidance

Procedure
OMN-007 (Operations
Surveillance,
Periodic,
and Reliability Tests)
was appropriately
used
when deciding to leave
steam
generator
blowdown in
service, i.e.,
marking
"N/A" associated
step
2 of Procedure
OST-1004
(Power
Range
Daily Heat Balance).
Accordingly,
we withdraw that portion of the
violation and
have revised
our records
to reflect
as
such.
With respect
to

2 of the violation,
we have evaluated
your response
and found that it
meets
the requirements
